One World Week Event 2008

During the evening we will

Share food
Share concerns
and build hope

The evening will include supper and an Any Questions session with panelists from different faiths.
All faiths and all ages welcome. Admission free (retiring collection to cover expenses).

Ecumenical Service of Confirmation and Reception into Church Membership
6.30pm, Sunday 27th April, at Summertown URC
A service for the four churches of our Partnership at which candidates from St Michael’s and St Peter’s were confirmed by the Bishop of Oxford and candidates from Summertown URC were received into Membership. The service, to which all were welcomed, was followed by refreshments. This service marked the first anniversary of our new Local Covenant.
